Designers of "NIK-ELEKTRONICS" LLC developed a robot-lifter, which is installed on the injection molding machine and removes parts automatically, with no human efforts.
Initially, a conceptual model was developed, tested and installed on one injection molding machine at the end of December 2019.
After successful tests and some improvements, 8 robots were released and installed. Thus, we fully automated the casting and removal of details at the injection molding machine section.
